Debbie Beasley was the perfect realtor for my wife and me. In June of 2016, we decided to explore real estate investment opportunities in the Great Smoky Mountains in Tennessee; specifically, in the Gatlinburg area. The importance of selecting a communicative, experienced, trust-worthy, knowledgeable realtor was magnified because of our primary residence being in Texas. Debbie was recommended to us by other’s, and after our first meeting we understood why. She was very responsive to our many needs and requests; we were amazed by not only her knowledge of the area, but her network of contacts. After 3 long days of searching over Labor Day weekend 2016, we decided on a Cabin that was under foreclosure in The Preserve Resort in Wears Valley. Within 5 weeks we entered into a contract agreement, and in 8 more weeks closed on Cabin, 6 weeks later our investment began paying off……after a complete Cabin makeover (inside/ outside) and furnishing, we had our first renters……this would not have happened had it not been for Debbie’s recommended network of contacts (ie: Home Inspectors, Contractors, Rental Management Company, etc).
